VulcanGMS is a 2008 recipient of a Wisconsin Manufacturer of the Year special award for its Liability Protection and Lead Recycling Program. The Wisconsin Manufacturer of the Year Awards recognize Wisconsin companies that demonstrate a commitment to business excellence that has a positive impact on the company and the state, making Wisconsin a better place to live, work and play. In 2008 a total of nine awards were given, culled from 71 entries.
