VulcanGMS is a casting expert in die and gravity casting techniques, producing a full range of both standard and specialty parts.
In the die casting process, lead is injection molded into steel cavities (similar to plastic injection molding), allowing cost-effective production for both high and medium volumes with extremely close tolerances. 
Weight ranges from several grams to 32 ounces are possible. Tolerances of +/-.005 with tighter tolerances available upon request. Gravity casting technique can deliver parts from 1 gram to over 30,000 pounds.
