Vulcan GMS has a long history of focus on quality and quality systems. We were the first non-ferrous foundry of our kind to become ISO certified in 1999, and that focus on systems that ensure quality has not changed. Vulcan was recently certified to ISO 9001: 2015, which is the newest standard. We continue to look for improvements to our systems and processes as part of our continuous improvement journey.
We also maintain a focus on our customer needs and processes. Although many things at Vulcan GMS have changed over the years, the link between systems and quality remains the same – implementing a consistent process maintains consistent quality. Here at Vulcan, we’re excited for the future. It’s amazing to see how far we have come and the changes we’ve made since our first ISO certification in 1999. And we look forward to seeing where the road ahead will lead us – including to more opportunities to prove that we can best meet our customers’ requirements for high-quality product.
